Event Promoter:
This event is promoted and operated by Podis Limited (“Promoter”).
Binding Terms:
Tickets to Centre Court Sounds (“Event”) are sold or issued subject to these Terms and Conditions and any additional rules issued by the Promoter. By purchasing or using a ticket, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.
Age Restriction (R18):
Centre Court Sounds is a strictly R18 event.
Valid government-issued photo ID is required for entry.
Anyone unable to provide valid ID will be denied entry without refund.
Directions of Staff:
You must follow all reasonable directions of Event staff and comply with all applicable laws at all times.
Tickets & Entry:
Entry to the Event Site requires a valid barcoded ticket (mobile or printed) issued by an authorised ticketing agent.
All patrons will be issued a wristband on entry. Wristbands must be worn at all times and must not be removed or tampered with. Failure to do so may result in eviction without refund.
Lost, stolen, damaged or defaced tickets or wristbands may not be replaced.
Ticketing Agency:
Authorised ticketing providers include Flicket Ltd and any other agents approved by the Promoter.
Ticket Restrictions - tickets must not be:
Resold at a premium
Used for commercial or promotional purposes without consent
Bundled with other goods or services
Tickets used in breach of these conditions may be cancelled without refund.
Purchase Limits:
The Promoter reserves the right to enforce ticket limits and cancel orders exceeding these limits without notice.
Search on Entry:
You may be subject to a search upon entry. Refusal to comply may result in denied entry without refund. Prohibited items will be confiscated.
Alcohol:
This is a fully licensed event.
No external alcohol permitted
Alcohol may only be purchased onsite
You must be 18+ with valid ID to purchase or consume alcohol
Supplying alcohol to minors will result in eviction and possible police referral
Food & Beverage
No external food or drink permitted.
Empty plastic water bottles may be allowed at the Promoter’s discretion.
Drugs:
Illegal drugs are strictly prohibited. Any breach will result in removal from the Event and possible police involvement.
Behaviour:
You and your guests must behave in an orderly and respectful manner. The Promoter reserves the right to refuse entry or evict any व्यक्ति behaving in a disruptive, offensive or unsafe manner.
Restricted Capacity Areas:
Certain areas may have limited capacity. Entry is not guaranteed once capacity is reached.
No Passouts:
Passouts are not permitted unless otherwise stated.
Prohibited Items:
Prohibited items include (but are not limited to):
Alcohol, drugs, weapons, fireworks
Glass containers
Professional camera equipment
Recording devices (including GoPros)
Drones or laser devices
Large items (e.g. couches, eskies)
Any item deemed unsafe by Event staff
Personal Information
Your personal information may be collected and used in accordance with the Privacy Act 1993. Payment processing is handled securely by third-party providers.
Refunds & Cancellations:
Refunds are only available if the Event is cancelled or rescheduled
If rescheduled, tickets remain valid for the new date, with refunds available upon request
Booking and transaction fees are non-refundable
No refunds for change of lineup, set times, or weather unless the Event is fully cancelled
Tickets are for the Event, not specific artists.
Event Changes:
The Promoter reserves the right to:
Change the lineup or schedule
Modify the venue or event format
Cancel or postpone the Event if required
No compensation will be provided for such changes except where required by law.
Covid-19 / Force Majeure:
If the Event cannot proceed due to circumstances outside the Promoter’s control (including public health events), the Event may be cancelled. Refunds will be provided in line with the Refund Policy, excluding booking and transaction fees.
Risk & Liabilit:
Entry is at your own risk.
To the extent permitted by law:
The Promoter is not liable for any loss, injury or damage
You accept all risks associated with attending a live event
You agree to indemnify the Promoter against any loss caused by your actions or breach of these Terms.
Health & Safety:
Appropriate footwear and clothing must be worn
Follow all safety instructions
Hearing protection is recommended
The Promoter may arrange medical treatment if required, at your cost.
Environment:
Please respect the venue and dispose of waste responsibly.
Enforceability:
If any part of these Terms is deemed unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in effect.
Ticket Transfers:
Tickets may be transferable via the authorised ticketing platform. Fees may apply. Once transferred, the original purchaser relinquishes all rights to the ticket.
