Event Promoter
This event is promoted and operated by Podis Limited (“Promoter”).
Binding Terms
Tickets to Chasing the Fox (“Event”) are sold or issued subject to these Terms and Conditions and any additional rules issued by the Promoter. By purchasing or using a ticket, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.
Directions of Staff
You must follow all reasonable directions of Event staff, security personnel, officials and marshals and comply with all applicable laws at all times.
Tickets & Entry
Entry to the Event Site requires a valid barcoded ticket (mobile or printed) issued by an authorised ticketing agent.
All patrons may be issued a wristband on entry. Where issued, wristbands must be worn at all times and must not be removed or tampered with. Failure to do so may result in eviction without refund.
Lost, stolen, damaged or defaced tickets or wristbands may not be replaced.
Under 12 Complimentary Tickets
Children under 12 may attend free of charge with a complimentary ticket but must be accompanied by a paying adult ticket holder.
Under 12 ticket holders will not be permitted entry without a paying adult.
Ticketing Agency
Authorised ticketing providers include Flicket Ltd and any other agents approved by the Promoter.

Purchase Limits
The Promoter reserves the right to enforce ticket limits and cancel orders exceeding these limits without notice.
Search on Entry
You may be subject to a search upon entry. Refusal to comply may result in denied entry without refund. Prohibited items may be confiscated.
Alcohol
This is a fully licensed event.
Food & Beverage
External food and drink may not be permitted, subject to the Promoter’s discretion.
Empty plastic water bottles may be permitted at the Promoter’s discretion.
Drugs
Illegal drugs are strictly prohibited. Any breach may result in removal from the Event and possible police involvement.
Behaviour
You and your guests must behave in an orderly and respectful manner. The Promoter reserves the right to refuse entry or evict any person behaving in a disruptive, offensive, threatening or unsafe manner, without refund.
Restricted Capacity Areas
Certain areas of the Event Site may have limited capacity. Entry to these areas is not guaranteed once capacity is reached.
Passouts
Passouts may be permitted at the Promoter’s discretion and subject to Event requirements. The Promoter reserves the right to restrict re-entry at any time.

Personal Information
Your personal information may be collected and used in accordance with the Privacy Act 2020. Payment processing is handled securely by third-party providers.
Refunds & Cancellations
Refunds are only available if the Event is cancelled or rescheduled, subject to the terms of the applicable ticketing provider and Promoter’s refund policy.
If the Event is rescheduled, tickets will remain valid for the new date, with refunds available upon request within the timeframe specified by the Promoter.
Booking and transaction fees are non-refundable, except where required by law.
No refunds will be provided for changes to the Event lineup, participants, schedule, format or programming, or due to weather conditions, unless the Event is fully cancelled or otherwise required by law.
Tickets are for entry to the Event and do not guarantee the appearance or participation of any particular player, celebrity, sporting personality or other participant.
Event Changes
The Promoter reserves the right to:

Weather, Force Majeure & Circumstances Beyond the Promoter’s Control
The Event may be postponed, cancelled or modified due to circumstances outside the Promoter’s reasonable control, including severe weather, natural disasters, public health events, government restrictions, venue issues, safety concerns or other force majeure events.
Refunds, where applicable, will be provided in accordance with the Promoter’s refund policy and applicable law.
Risk & Liability
Entry to the Event is at your own risk.
Chasing the Fox is a live golf event, with golf being played in close proximity to spectator areas. By attending the Event, you acknowledge and accept the inherent risks associated with live golf, including the risk of being struck by a golf ball, golf club or other equipment. Golf balls may travel at high speed and can behave unpredictably.
Spectators must remain within designated spectator areas, pay attention to their surroundings, follow all Event signage and comply with the directions of Event staff, officials and marshals at all times.
To the extent permitted by law, the Promoter is not liable for any loss, injury or damage arising from or in connection with attendance at the Event, including risks inherent in attending a live sporting event.
You agree to indemnify the Promoter against any loss caused by your actions or breach of these Terms.
Nothing in these Terms excludes, restricts or modifies any rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded, restricted or modified under applicable New Zealand law.
Health & Safety
Appropriate footwear and clothing must be worn for the Event environment and weather conditions.
You must follow all health and safety instructions, Event signage and directions from Event staff, security personnel, officials and marshals.
Due to the nature of the Event, spectators should remain alert and aware of their surroundings, particularly when golf is being played nearby.
The Promoter may arrange medical assistance or treatment if required. Where permitted by law, any associated costs may be charged to the person receiving such treatment.
Environment
Please respect the Event Site and venue. Dispose of rubbish responsibly and follow all recycling and waste disposal instructions.
All attendees are expected to respect the rules, traditions and facilities of the host venue, Royal Auckland & Grange Golf Club, and follow any reasonable directions provided by the Club or Event staff.
Enforceability
If any part of these Terms and Conditions is deemed to be invalid or unenforceable, that provision will be severed to the extent necessary and the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.
Ticket Transfers
Tickets may be transferable via the authorised ticketing platform, subject to any applicable terms and fees.
Once a ticket has been transferred, the original purchaser relinquishes all rights and entitlements associated with that ticket.
